30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. You have to request a return under our Satisfaction Guarantee Program, subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions outlined below.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return and refund under this policy, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

1. Full Price Purchase Requirement

  • Returns are only eligible for orders purchased at full retail price without the use of discount codes, promotional offers, bundle pricing, subscription discounts, or any other price reduction.
  • Orders placed using coupon codes, sale pricing, limited-time offers, or promotional bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

2. Product Usage Compliance

You must demonstrate that you have used the product exactly as directed according to our Usage Protocol:

  • Daily consumption: Product must have been taken consistently every day for the entire 30-day period without interruption.
  • Proper dosage: Exactly 3 capsules/pills per day as specified on the product label.
  • With food: Product must have been consumed with food as instructed.
  • Usage log required: You must provide a completed daily usage log (template provided upon return request) documenting each day's compliance with the above protocol.

3. Documentation Requirements

To process your return request, you must provide:

  • Original order receipt or proof of purchase
  • Completed and signed Usage Compliance Log (provided by our team)
  • All original product packaging, including bottles, boxes, labels, and any included materials
  • Return Authorization Number (obtained by contacting customer service)
  • Written statement explaining why the product did not meet your expectations despite proper usage

4. Product Condition Requirements

  • Product packaging must be in original, undamaged condition with all labels intact and legible.
  • All bottles/containers must be returned, including empty ones from the 30-day supply.
  • Products must not be expired at time of return initiation.
  • Items must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or storage in non-standard conditions.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Email us at contact@rawtruthsupplements.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Request for Usage Compliance Log template

Step 2: Complete Documentation

  • Fill out the Usage Compliance Log for all 30 days
  • Gather all required documentation listed above
  • Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number (processing may take 5-7 business days)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
  • We will provide a return shipping label only after documentation review and approval
  • Items shipped without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any approved refund

Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions

The following are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products purchased at a discount, on sale, or with promotional pricing
  • Subscription orders after the first delivery
  • Opened products that do not meet all eligibility requirements above
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • Gift cards, digital products, or promotional items
  • Products where the 30-day period has expired
  • Returns without prior authorization
  • International orders (subject to country-specific regulations, see below)

Refund Terms

If your return is approved:

  • Refund amount will be the purchase price minus:
    • Return shipping costs
    • Original shipping charges (if applicable)
    • 15% restocking fee
    • Any applicable administrative processing fees
  • Refunds are processed within 15-20 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refund timeline may vary based on your financial institution's processing time (additional 5-10 business days)
  • Partial refunds may be granted for products that do not meet all condition requirements

No refund will be issued if:

  • Usage Compliance Log is incomplete, falsified, or indicates non-compliance
  • Required documentation is not provided
  • Product was not used as directed
  • Product packaging is damaged, incomplete, or missing
  • Return Authorization Number was not obtained
  • Return is received after 30-day period has expired

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@rawtruthsupplements.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue
  • We will evaluate and arrange replacement or refund at our discretion
  • This provision does not extend the 30-day return window

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different product:

  1. Complete the return process for your current item
  2. Once return is approved and processed, place a new order separately
  3. New orders are subject to current pricing and availability

European Union & UK Customers - 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason under Distance Selling Regulations.

However, please note:

  • This right applies only to unopened products in original sealed packaging
  • Once a supplement or health product seal is broken, the product is non-returnable under EU/UK consumer protection laws for health and safety reasons
  • For opened products, our standard 30-day policy (with all eligibility requirements) applies
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Contact us within 14 days to initiate cooling-off period return

Subscription Orders

  • First subscription order follows standard return policy with all eligibility requirements
  • Subsequent subscription deliveries are final sale and non-returnable
  • You may cancel future subscription deliveries at any time, but prior deliveries cannot be returned
  • Subscription pricing voids eligibility for our 30-day guarantee

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale with no returns or refunds:

  • Any product purchased at a discount or promotional price
  • Bundle packs or multi-item offers
  • Subscription orders (after first delivery)
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Products marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product
  • We are not responsible for results or outcomes from product use
  • This policy does not constitute a guarantee of specific health outcomes
  • Individual results may vary; refund eligibility requires proof of proper usage
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet all stated criteria

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
